Maintenance

 The maintenance team cover all repairs required, during the summer months we are usually busy cutting/maintaining lawns and in the winter months you will usually find us dealing mainly with damp issues and swollen doors.

Glass replacement > lock changing > re-grouting tiles > re-silicone of baths, basins & worktops > door planeing > fencing > cupboard & draw fixing & alignment > broken sash cords > broken toilet seats etc.
